Reiki

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing method that channels universal life energy through hands-on or distant healing. The word Reiki consists of two Japanese characters:

Rei (霊) – Universal, spiritual, all-encompassing energy
Ki (気) – Life energy that flows through everything and everyone

When this energy flows freely through your body, you feel balanced and full of vitality.

However, stress, emotions, or physical discomfort can create blocks, leaving you feeling off-balance. Reiki helps release these blocks and restores the natural flow of energy.

A Reiki session is a gentle and deeply relaxing experience where you simply receive. The energy naturally flows to where it is needed—working on a physical, emotional, and mental level—without any effort on your part. It brings a sense of peace, clarity, and supports the body's self-healing ability.

I offer Reiki in-person or as distance healing. Whether you want to work on something specific or simply relax, Reiki supports you in a soft and loving way.

A Reiki session is a deeply relaxing experience. You lie down fully clothed while I place my hands on or just above different areas of your body.

The energy flows naturally to where it is needed, helping to restore balance and release tension.
