At The Energy Flow Studio we have a 48-hour cancellation and change policy. This means: Cancel or reschedule? This can be done free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancel/reschedule within 48 hours? Then the full amount will be charged, unless there is a case of force majeure. Late or no-show? This is considered a last-minute cancellation and no refund will be made.
